This is where you can get in line to get your bike its essential regular maintenance. With our limited operation during the coronavirus crisis, we are unable to achieve our usual turnaround times, and we want to reserve the limited time of our skilled mechanics for urgently needed repairs - see our Home Page to schedule those.

Ken's Bicycle Maintenance Packages have not changed, are currently priced at $82-$225 (plus parts) and you can find details by going to the "Services" tab then "Bike Repair & Services" page above. A $75 deposit (or more) will hold your spot and can be applied to any of these; as a courtesy, please describe your bike and its needs in the "Comments" field at checkout.

Our Service Manager will keep track of the order in which these deposits arrive, and contact you to schedule your maintenance package as soon as possible, potentially before we fully re-open! When we re-open, there is sure to be an enormous pent-up demand and therefore a long wait for bike service. Those who've placed a deposit here will be at the front of that line, and will also have helped us survive a difficult time.

There are now three options for deposits:
$75 (covers most of the labor on most Safety Tune-Ups which don't need parts replaced)
$150 (covers most Super Clean & Tune jobs, or Safety Tune-Ups with replacement of major parts like chain & cassette &/or tires)
$225 (covers labor on a Total Overhaul, or major Tune-Up work with parts replacement on high-performance bikes - you know if you have one, what parts cost)
