The Body Geometry Bike Fit Process

Step 1:
Rider Interview

Every fit, whether for a novice or experienced cyclist, starts with an interview between our trained fit specialist & you (the rider) to understand your injury history, needs, and goals.

Step 2:
Physical Assesment

This is the key to the Body Geometry fit process, allowing a fit specialist to develop an accurate picture of your flexiibility and other physical attributes, so they'll be able to make the proper adjustments to help you be one with your bike.

Step 3:
Side View Adjustments

Assessed from the side, the goal is to determine your unique active riding position that's both powerful and comfortable through adjustments to seat height, handlebar position, stem length, and cleat placement.

Step 4:
Front View Adjustments

Unique to the Body Geometry fit process, the front view analysis will optimize your hip, knee, and foot alignment for greater performance and balanced power delivery.

We don't just leave you hanging!

After a week or so, our fit specialist will call to ensure the adjustments were effective and to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

Bike fits aren't just for competitive road cyclists and mountain bikers! For the best comfort and ergonomic safety everyone should on a bike should get a professional fit. If you're not ready to dive into the full body geometry fit, try our entry level body scan fit.
